AU LAC LEGEND HOTEL HO CHI MINH CITY, Ho Chi Minh City – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were super cozy and exceptionally clean, but they were much smaller than expected, and the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to a large window was unsettling. The service provided was a bit of a letdown with a rude incident, but overall, the staff was lovely and helpful. The location was convenient, being close to the main tourist center and the city's attractions. The dining experience varied, with good food but some issues during busy times. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and drawbacks. The rooms were smaller than expected, featuring a double bed and a single bed, but needed some extra waiting time for preparation and didn't quite match the promised city view as I was assigned a room on level 2. The service was marked by incredibly accommodating and kind staff who made us feel special, although there were occasional instances of staff being preoccupied with personal tasks. The location was excellent, offering proximity to the city center, key attractions, and a range of dining options, ensuring that I'll consider returning next time. The dining experience was okay but could have a more varied selection, with a nice buffet spread catering to both Eastern and Western tastes. Despite some shortcomings, the overall experience was enjoyable.

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also had lovely little touches like robes and flip flops. The hidden outside bathtub was a unique feature I enjoyed. The only drawback was the distracted staff on their phones, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
